Shipping & Returns policies


Haarlem House is a unique retail experience and our shipping times vary based on the product, the quantity, and the country of export.

At this time, Haarlem House can only ship domestically within the United States.


We will always do our best to get our products to you as quickly as humanly possible, and will communicate with you along the way so you know when you can expect arrival.

But, we don't have a huge warehouse and team of shipping robots, so if you need a product on your doorstep by a certain deadline, then our service probably isn't for you - and that's ok, we use Amazon sometimes, too!

We hope that our products are so special and bring you so much joy that they'll be worth the wait.


Many of our products are completely unique and can vary slightly in color, size and pattern (like sheepskins and handcrafted rugs). We'll always be up front about this in our product descriptions, and will make every effort to make sure you're getting exactly what you want.

Purchases can be returned for a full refund within TWO WEEKS of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this period has elapsed. Some special-order products may not be returnable - we will clearly state this in the product descriptions.

Postage charges as well any insurance costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the client. 

Damaged items will be replaced at Haarlem House's expense.

Discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
